Wine enthusiast Randy Chinn introduces California stash with Pacific Rim cuisine master chef Dan Ivarie for a 4 course wine pairing dinner at Bed Supperclub.
Bed Supperclub crosses the Pacific ocean for one night to bring guests their California wine dinner with BB&B (Bangkok Beer & Beverage) purveyors of fine wines, including Sutter Home, Schramsberg, FogDog, Terra d’Oro and Joseph Phelps. Guests will have the opportunity to interact with Randy Chinn to discuss about the wine they will be presented.
Mr. Randy Chinn, the winner of “Master of Wine” and regional expert on Sutter Home wines, was also recently awarded at the HAPA (Hospitality Asia Platinum Awards) for his excellence and contribution to the Asian market. This man's knowledge and passion will no doubt be transferred to all budding enthusiasts and wine connoisseurs when he discusses both sets of the California paired wines.
Sutter Home wines are best known for their creation of White Zinfandel from around the early 1970s and the introduction of high-quality, affordably priced varietal wines during the 1980s and '90s. It became a household name and is now the second largest, independent family-run winery in the U.S.
To accompany the wine presentation, Bed Supperclub has asked award-winning Chef Dan Ivarie to prepare some of his Pacific Rim specialities. And for those who didn't know, this ground breaking chef brought fusion specialities to Bangkok during his seminal run at Jesters for The Peninsula in 2001, which earned him accolades from foodies across the city.
