Throughout the month of June, Pastry Chef Piti Saengmanee has created a selection of wonderful menu from seasonal apricots to be served at FlourWorx. Try his home-baked “Apricot & Lavender Crumble” (Baht 80 net/piece). This lavender-scented dessert has golden brown topping that is crispy and delicious. The jammy apricot is sweet-but-not-too-sweet and goes well with the crumble. Or treat yourself to “Apricot Espuma”, a light and airy dessert made from fresh apricots (Baht 100 net/cup).
