On Thursday May 17 at the PTT GLOBAL CHEMICALS PULBIC CO,.Ltd. head quarters in Rayong, a ceremony was held in honor of an MOU signing between Neoninfotech, a provider of top class engineering solutions and PTT Maintenance and Engineering Ltd (PTTME).
The MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) establishes a formal strategic alliance between PTTME and Neoninfotech, to cooperate in Engineering software and Smart Plant technology. The Software technology will support the increase of accuracy and quality and save cost and time in order to increase PTTME’s efficiency in engineering service to customers. With mutual collaboration, this partnership plans to expand the engineering services market to ASEAN and worldwide in the future.
Mr. Somsak Keerativutisate, Managing Director of PTTME states that “Alliance with Neoninfotech, which are pioneers in providing engineering software technology, will support in our quest for technology in the engineering business and this will be advantageous for our users and customers. This partnership will support PTTME to be a world-class organization, not only in terms of Intergraph’s proven technology but also reach to markets outside Thailand.”
Mr. Harsh V. Sethi, Chief Executive Officer of Neon Infotech South East Asia Co.,Ltd. states at the press conference that they “firmly believe this MOU would prove to be another golden milestone in the progress path and cooperation endeavors of both the companies — PTTME and Neoninfotech.
Mr. Chin Kong Far, Vice President of Intergraph, Neoninfotech’s global partner, states at the press conference that they will “continue to support PTTME’s efforts both in terms of providing solutions and services as well as providing best practice advice and knowledge transfer”. Additionally, “We hope this MOU will stimulate a constructive working environment and promote each other’s interest,” says Mr. Chin Kong Far.
Having now signed the MOU, PTTME has access to Neoninfotech’s professional skills and experience and wide base and technology that will give PTTME its competitive edge and world-class standards on the international stage. This has created a significant addition to PTTME’s potential both technically and in its market reach.
