The Honourable Dr. Hassavut Vititviriyakul, President of the Supreme Administrative Court, together with Mr. Kasem Comsatyadham, Vice President of the Supreme Administrative Court, was granted the honour of conducting the first 2012 Seminar Program of the Administrative Court of First Instance on "How To Manage and Resolve The Case Quickly, Accurately and Equitably" at Orchid Room A&B, Royal Cliff Grand Hotel.
