Minor International recently received the award of “Corporate Governance Asia Recognition Awards Class of 2012 — The Best of Asia” from Corporate Governance Asia Magazine at the Renaissance Harbour View Hotel in Hong Kong. Corporate Governance Asia recognizes companies that initiate best practices in promoting open and ethical Asian values, a spirit of fairness, and continuing dialogue with all stakeholders.
