Mr. Taweepong Suppatkul, Vice President General Administration of Thai Cold Rolled Steel Sheet Plc, a company representative, received Thailand Outstanding Company Award for Safety, Occupational health and Working Environment 2012 (6th consecutive year) from Mr. Padermchai Sasomsap, Labour Minister, in the 26th National Safety Week which was held during 5-7 July 2012.
In additional, there were 3 companies of Sahaviriya Group (SVG) receiving the award: Prachuap Port Co. Ltd. (2 consecutive years), B.S. Metal Co. Ltd. (Branch1) (2 consecutive years) and Sahaviriya Steel Industries Plc (2 rd consecutive year). This award shows the SVG intention in adhering to safety management, occupational health and environmental management for their employees.
