Lunch-time he will be creating a mouth watering Dim Sum Lunch at Oasis. Then in the evening he will be back to Ginger & Lime where he will be cooking a la carte. In Thailand Mother’s Day is celebrated on the birthday of HM Queen Sirikit, to celebrate this auspicious occasion Chef Peter will be preparing a special buffet dinner at Baht 999++ per person on 12th August with special offer “Come 4 and over, your mother eats free”
