In keeping with its reputation for introducing guests to exceptional labels, The Reflexions will host a Wine Dinner featuring the remarkable Le Clos Jordanne and Inniskillin Icewines.
The wines are not only sweet and sumptuous, yet balanced with brilliant acidity, creating a unique sensation on the palate, they’re also rather unusual. The grapes are grown in Canada where they are deliberately left to freeze on the vines; a process that miraculously triggers the calypso of fruity flavours in vivid contrast to the bleak terroir.
