Chef Keisuke Matsushima and his award winning star in the French Michelin Guide, will be visiting Chiva-Som from 26-29 July 2012 to work alongside Chiva-Som’s Executive Chef Paisarn Cheewinsiriwat as a guest chef.
Chiva-Som, Asia’s first and best destination spa, has been widely acclaimed for its pioneering approach to spa cuisine, offering guests healthy and nutritious, yet flavorful and creative cuisine. Chef Paisarn is now recognised as a leader in this field, winning numerous awards and accolades. Chef Matsushima’s legendary French savoir-faire will bring a unique culinary experience to Chiva-Som to complement the resort’s renowned Thai-inspired cuisine.
As a highlight of the promotion, guests can enjoy specially prepared French cuisine served in 4 courses at Chiva-Som’s Emerald Room restaurant on 27 July 2012. Also on offer is a cooking class workshop on 28 July with Chef Matsushima for an additional THB 2,500++ per guest (maximum 14 guests) THB 3000++ per person for outside guest. We recommend you to book in advance to avoid disappointment!
