The Cape Racha, Kantary Bay, Kameo House and Karavel House Hotels in Sriracha, owned and managed by Kasemkij Hotels, jointly hosted their 10th thank-you party for longstay guests, called “The 10th Exclusive Moment”.
The theme of the event was a traditional Thai dessert cooking class. It was aimed at the wives of the Japanese executives working on the Eastern Seaboard who reside full time at the various Kasemkij Hotels, to help familiarize them with Thai cuisine and culture through a hotel activity. The class was conducted by Cape Racha Hotel’s executive Thai cuisine chef and was held in a traditional Thai setting to match the main recipe “Bananas in Coconut Milk” or ‘Kluay Buad Chee’. The Japanese guests were also taught how to make other Thai desserts using bananas and their children were given toys made from banana trees called “Banana Tree Horse”.
