Connoisseurs can savour the pleasures of New and Old World wines, selected with care by Decanter’s passionate and knowledgeable sommeliers. The extensive 400 Bin cellar includes some of the world’s most celebrated labels, sorted by grape varietals to facilitate guests’ desires. These fine wines are served in handcrafted glassware, alongside enticing canap?s and an exceptional cheese board. Unlike traditional dining establishments, patrons of Decanter first select the wine, and then the food. The menu at Decanter features small, tapas style portions designed so that diners can learn with how a variety of flavours compliment various wine varietals.
