IT Plaza invests 140 million Baht budget to open its 7th IT Shopping Mall in Udonthani, spanning 5,000 square meter area on 1st floor of the Nevada Complex, raising the concept of Northeast’s largest and full-fledged IT Shopping Mall, with the plan to expand IT Plaza in gateway cities of every region. For 2012 the Company targets a 30% revenue growth from previous year with expected annual revenue of 270 million Baht.
Mr. Somchai Jantanaprasatporn, Managing Director of IT Plaza Company Limited, disclosed “Business direction of IT Plaza this year is to expand IT Plaza Shopping Mall to reach wider coverage with emphasis on the locations in upcountry gateways to serve requirements and lifestyle of consumers. Moreover, we plan to renovate and develop the existing 6 branches of IT Plaza Shopping Mall including Zeer Rangsit, Imperial World Samrong, Korat, Ubonratchathani, Klongthom Corner Bangkok and Hatyai in preparation for future IT market competition.
Lately the Company poured 140 million Baht investment launching the new IT Shopping Mall in Udonthani with over 5,000 square meter area on the 1st floor of the Nevada Complex, the 7th branch of IT Plaza. One of the key driving factors is site selection. Udonthani stands as the economic city and the strategic province for Thai economy due to the boundary connecting to neighbor countries. Udonthani is an important distribution center for Indochina market generating active working capital on a regular basis. Convenient transportation is also ideal for new market expansion. This is the largest IT Shopping Center in the northeastern region. In 2012, the Company expects a 30% sales growth target to achieve 270 million Baht turnover.”
