The chefs showcased two signature Thai dishesTom Kha Kai (Chicken Coconut Soup) and Tom Kha Hed (Mushroom Coconut Soup)in a special live broadcast for audiences in The Netherlands and Belgium, promoting Thailand's rich culinary heritage as a form of soft power.
The special 30-minute event, an initiative led by the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) in Paris in partnership with Blue Elephant Group, was broadcast live across official social media platforms of the TAT in Europe.
