The financing package offers up to 110% of total investment value, with flexible installment terms of up to seven years and a six-month grace period on principal repayment.

The Otteri Franchise Loan is available to entrepreneurs with at least one year of business experience, whether they have previously operated an Otteri franchise or come from other industries. Financing is offered for up to 110% of the total investment, with a maximum of five million baht. Loan terms extend up to seven years, or match with the remaining period of the franchise agreement. The approved entrepreneurs receive a six-month grace period on principal repayments. Land with buildings is accepted as collateral, and the interest rate is competitively set at MRR + 0.50% per annum.
