This season at Red Sky, Chef Luca Russo invites you to savour the magic of this prized ingredient through an exclusive rooftop dining experience, available every night throughout the summer.

From the first course to the last, the menu is a study in balance and restraint - each dish designed to let the subtle aroma of the summer truffle shine. Begin with a gently Poached Egg layered with truffle mousseline and porcini mushrooms (THB 950++) or try the Hokkaido Scallops with parmesan and shaved truffle (THB 1,150++), where sweetness and umami meet in harmony. The Fresh Tagliolini, tossed in butter and finished with truffle (THB 950++), is a nod to classic Italian simplicity.

For something more indulgent, the menu also features Foie Gras (THB 1,450++), paired with a smooth celeriac puree, its gentle sweetness balancing the Foie Gras's richness - while summer truffle adds an aromatic, earthy finish that lingers. Or opt for the Snow Fish, prized for its buttery texture and mild sweetness, served with tender white asparagus and delicately shaved summer truffle (THB 1,955++).
