This homegrown harvest forms the foundation for fresh, flavour-packed salads such as the Smoked Salmon Salad with wild rocket, avocado, goat cheese, cherry tomatoes, and asparagus, and the classic Caesar Salad made with baby cos lettuce, bacon, croutons, and shaved parmesan.
