BRAND'S Essence of Chicken by Suntory Beverage & Food (Thailand) Co., Ltd., a leading health enrichment product under the BRAND'S trademark in Thailand and Indochina, has launched "BRAND'S BRAIN CAMP" roadshow as a key component of "BRAND'S BRAIN CAMP 2025" project. Designed to spark self-discovery and inspire students to pave way for their dream careers, the project features discussions with industry experts and university student mentors from various faculties, providing invaluable insights and addressing students' queries. Exclusive workshops are also a core component, designed to enhance essential skills crucial for future success, empowering participants to confidently navigate their future professional journeys. BRAND'S BRAIN CAMP roadshow started off in Bangkok with an event at Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC) on July 5 - 6, attracting more than 2,600 attendees. Next, it will visit students in three provincial cities: Khon Kaen (July 19), Chiang Mai (August 9), and Songkhla (August 16). BRAND'S Essence of Chicken seeks to empower Gen Z to unlock their full potential and develop the capabilities needed to meet future challenges. A key highlight of this project is BRAND'S BRAIN CAMP roadshow, which invites secondary schoolchildren to discover their inspiration and prepare for their dream careers. The roadshow will bring campaign activities to major cities nationwide from July through August."
The inaugural roadshow event, held in Bangkok at BITEC on July 5 - 6, was packed with activities, including "Career Clinic" and "Uni-Life Pre Check" sessions in which students could engage with over 100 professionals from various fields, such as physicians, designers, architects, lawyers, and psychologists. They also had the opportunity to connect with student mentors from over 20 popular faculties, including pharmacy, engineering, communication arts, and political science. Furthermore, special workshops focused on developing five critical life skills: entrepreneurship, communication, financial management, technology utilization, and mental well-being. The "Self-Exploring Playground" further encouraged self-discovery, helping students plan their futures with greater clarity.
The BRAND'S BRAIN CAMP roadshow event in Bangkok received an overwhelmingly positive response from students across numerous institutions. With participation from secondary school students across Bangkok and nearby provinces, along with teachers and parents, the event welcomed over 2,600 attendees. This impressive turnout was made possible thanks to the invaluable support from the Office of the Basic Education Commission (OBEC), which helped promote the event through its nationwide public-school network, playing a key role in the success of the roadshow. Thanu Vongjinda, Secretary General of the Basic Education Commission, assigned Dr. Gatesirin Suwansoonthorn, Expert on Guidance and Counselling Development, to visit the BRAND'S BRAIN CAMP roadshow activities at the first location held at the Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC), Bangkok, The visit aimed at encouraging teachers and students while demonstrating strong support and commitment to actively promoting youth potential development initiatives.
Dr. Gatesirin Suwansoonthorn, Expert on Guidance and Counselling Development of the Office of the Basic Education Commission (OBEC) stated, " The Office of the Basic Education Commission recognizes and prioritizes well-rounded guidance and counseling support for students across academic, career, college readiness, and social-emotional domains to help students discover themselves and establish their life goals. The BRAND'S BRAIN CAMP project is instrumental in broadening students' horizons and introducing them to a diverse range of professions, providing crucial information for their decisions regarding further education linked to occupation and employment. We have therefore communicated with our education service area offices and schools under our supervision nationwide to build awareness of this constructive project among target students, encouraging them to take part in regional activities. This initiative represents a collaborative drive between the private and public sectors to advance education, develop competencies, and prepare Thai youths to become vital contributors to the nation's future."
