The award is based on a public survey conducted by Money & Banking Magazine in collaboration with Suan Dusit Poll, Suan Dusit University. The survey gathered opinions from customers who applied for financial and investment services at the 25th Money Expo 2025 Bangkok, held from May 15-18, 2025, as well as from seven regional Money Expo events. The objective was to identify organizations and individuals with outstanding performance, serving as a role models of business excellence and playing a key role in driving sustainable economic growth in Thailand.
