The Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (Public Organization), or TCEB, in collaboration with the Eastern Economic Corridor Office (EECO), is set to organize "EEC EXPO 2025", a key platform to showcase the potential of the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC).The event will highlight investment opportunities in targeted industries and future-oriented services, while also presenting the latest advancements in infrastructure, technology, and fully integrated investment support systems. The goal is to strengthen collaboration with key domestic and international investors, driving the region toward a future-ready economy.

Amidst a global economic transition driven by advanced technology and digital innovation, Thailand's Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) has emerged as a vital engine for the country's long-term economic growth. Boasting strengths in infrastructure, transportation, logistics, and a modern, integrated, and regionally connected investment ecosystem, the EEC stands at the forefront of future development.To reinforce this strategic potential, the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) is joining hands with the Eastern Economic Corridor Office (EECO) to host "EEC EXPO 2025", a flagship platform to showcase the latest developments and investment opportunities in Thailand's targeted industries.

The event will take place from August 25 to 26, 2025, at BHIRAJ Convention Center, BITEC, Bangkok.

Dr.Supawan Teerarat, President of the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau or TCEB, stated that the MICE industry plays a vital role in driving the national and regional economy. In particular, the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) stands as one of Thailand's key strategic zones. TCEB has been working closely with local agencies to consistently promote the organization of business events, meetings, exhibitions, and trade shows in a sustainable manner. Efforts are also being made to enhance the EEC's readinessthrough workforce development, capacity building for local entrepreneurs, and strengthening infrastructureto support MICE activities. The goal is to position the EEC not only as a major production and investment hub, but also as a premier international destination for business events, capable of generating long-term economic value and distributing income to local communities.

The strategy emphasizes the application of advanced technologies, the provision of seamless and integrated government services, and the development of efficient, reliable, and accessible infrastructure and utilities. Land use planning is also designed to align with local conditions and potential, in accordance with sustainable development principles. In addition, the EEC is committed to transforming urban areas into modern international-standard cities that are livable, safe, and conducive to high-quality business operationsultimately enhancing Thailand's long-term competitiveness on the global stage.
