Bangkok, August 2025 - This season, Red Sky Restaurant at Centara Grand at CentralWorld presents a new ? la carte menu that places black truffle at the forefront. Available every evening, guests are invited to savour the rich, earthy depth of this prized ingredient in a series of dishes created for one of Bangkok's most iconic rooftop dining experiences.

Curated by Chef Luca Russo, the menu features dishes that are both comforting and refined, allowing the black truffle to shine through with every bite. Whether paired with fresh seafood, delicate pasta or robust meats, each plate is carefully crafted to balance texture, flavour and seasonality.
Begin the journey with salmon tartare, avocado and black truffle, or opt for house-made tagliolini with egg and butter, finished with fresh truffle shavings. Next try burrata-filled ravioli with toasted hazelnuts that brings creaminess and crunch, while the Pluma Iberica with pumpkin puree finished with black truffle offers a heartier option. To finish, the pigeon is served with salsify puree, roasted hazelnuts and a silky black truffle demi-glace, delivering richness and finesse.
