As a member of Cargole, one of Barcelona's most emerging bands, Carlos Perez has more than 20 years of experience as solo performer, composer and music teacher. Aside from regular a la carte menu, a special tapas set and excellent wines prepared by Master Spanish Chef Joan Tanya Dot will be served to complete all your senses.
