The Platinum Fashion Mall has officially launched The Next Seller 2025, a groundbreaking reality game show designed to discover Thailand's ultimate new-age seller. This initiative marks the next chapter of Platinum Empowering SMEs 2025: Rack to Rise, anchored by the theme "Social Content to Social Commerce." The project brings together 12 fashion retailers in a competitive journey, in collaboration with TikTok Shop and four leading influencers, to strengthen Thai fashion brands in the digital space, transforming sales from traditional in-store racks to fully fledged live commerce. The program debuts with its first LIVE Challenge in early September. Audiences are invited to shop, cheer, and support all 12 participating fashion brands on TikTok: Platinum Fashion Mall Official.

Mrs. Suthita Bhirombhakdi, Executive Vice President of The Platinum Group Public Company Limited, shared the vision behind the Platinum Empowering SMEs 2025 or Rack to Rise project: "Launched in 2014, this project now celebrates its 11th year. Our philosophy is simple: stores are not just business partners but friends who grow with us. The name Rack to Rise reflects our commitment to helping retailers achieve sustainable growth, moving beyond the traditional model of selling solely from in-store racks. This mission is especially vital today, when customer behaviors change daily and businesses must adapt quickly to stay ahead. Establishing a strong foundation now is essential for long-term, sustainable growth. In 2025, our concept 'Social Content to Social Commerce' is designed to empower stores to capture more opportunities in the online marketplace while building on their in-store foundation (On Ground plus Online). By partnering with TikTok Shop Official, a leading e-commerce platform with strong reach among younger generations, we aim to equip 12 participating stores with the skills and strategies needed to thrive in live commerce, enhancing competitiveness both offline and online."

Mrs. Suthita Bhirombhakdi added: "This year marks a true transformation as we introduce a Reality Game Show format. The goal is to give participating stores hands-on experience in every step of digital selling. Top online influencers will serve as gurus and mentors, guiding participants through intensive live-selling training. Stores will be divided into teams to compete for the title of ultimate seller in The Next Seller 2025. Through the program, store owners will gain in-depth experience selling on TikTok Shop, honing their skills in effective communication, creativity, and brand differentiation. Ultimately, the goal is for participants to apply these real-world skills to build their brands, boost sales, and expand business opportunities with confidence."

At the project launch, Ms. Chalisa Chartwatananon (Partnership, TikTok Shop) and Ms. Phakrada Sripongpunkul (Seller Management - Acquisition, TikTok Shop) led a dedicated workshop on TikTok Shop sales strategies. Joining them was Ms. Nutchanat Donchai, a digital marketing and e-commerce expert, who serves as the program's lead guru, sharing essential knowledge and insights. Following the workshop, the 12 participating stores were drawn into three teams of four, each coached by a renowned online sales influencer acting as mentor: Mentor Turk (Mr. Ratchakrit Pariyapunyapa), Mentor Nuebie (Ms. Kontanun Watanachatwong) and Mentor Thomas (Mr. Suppakit Oupkham). These mentors will work closely with their teams throughout the competition, providing coaching on live-selling strategies, including identity-building, content creation, branding, sales channels, and proven TikTok selling techniques. Over the course of 12 weeks, each store will produce its own video content and host a weekly live sale on TikTok Shop. The season will culminate in a grand live finale in week 13, where all stores will go live simultaneously. To further drive engagement, TikTok Shop will provide exclusive discount coupons to boost sales and followers. The program will conclude in early December with the announcement of the winner of The Next Seller 2025.
