Boutique Corporation Public Company Limited (BC) continues to gain momentum as it secures a position as one of only three Third Party Operators (TPOs) under the global hospitality group Accor in Thailand. This achievement reinforces BC's strength in full-spectrum hotel management, proven through multiple successful projects. With this partnership, BC is set to expand its portfolio across key economic zones and top travel destinations in Thailand, aligning with the rising real estate trend of professional TPO partnerships that elevate hospitality assets to international standards. This move also supports BC's strategy to diversify income and strengthen long-term recurring revenue.
Mr. Prabsharan Singh Thakral, Chief Executive Officer of BC, a leader in strategic real estate development under the Build-Operate-Sale (BOS) model, stated that BC is reinforcing its business capabilities by becoming one of only three official TPOs of Accor, one of the world's largest hospitality group. Accor operates over 5,000 hotels and resorts in more than 110 countries, and has entrusted BC as a capable and reliable partner in hotel operations in Thailand, a role given to very few companies. This partnership reflects BC's expertise in managing hotels to meet global standards.
The role of a TPO is increasingly vital within Thailand's hospitality industry, as more property owners seek professional partners to enhance operational efficiency, marketing, revenue management, and cost control while maximizing returns. This includes delivering optimized customer experience strategies. Especially in the post-COVID landscape, there's a clear shift in the industry with more owners turning to TPO services as a preferred model.
BC is well-positioned to meet this demand with end-to-end hotel management solutions. The company also sees strong opportunity to further build on its capabilities in Hotel Management Services, which are a key strategy under its "Asset-Light" model. This approach supports recurring income growth, enhances management fee earnings, and reduces operational risks and volatility. It also boosts financial agility to support future business expansion.
Currently, BC owns and operates 10 hotels and serviced apartments located in Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Chonburi (Pattaya), and Phuket. BC also manages several properties under its own hospitality brands: Journeyhub, Jono, and JonoX. This role as an Accor TPO marks a new chapter in BC's mission to deliver international-standard hospitality experiences and drive long-term growth
