Wella Professionals Announced Two Best Hairstylists to Compete inInternational Trend Vision Award 2012 in Madrid, Spain in the End of this Coming October
Wella Professionals, the world’s leading hair fashion and hair product brand, hosted “Trend Vision Award 2012”, the grandest hair design contest in Thailand, to pick out the one and only hair stylists to take part in the international hair design stage, “International Trend Vision Award 2012” in the end of this coming October in Madrid, Spain. Additionally, the four hot celebrities, Nampetch - Harisdee Hetrakul, Ming - Suvara Snidvongs, Earn - Natchaya Krairiksh, and Moodang — Chanintada, Chandrubeksa joined this event with great interest.
Mr. Dheerasak Tridhip, P&G Salon Professional Thailand Site Leader under Proctor and Gamble Trading (Thailand) Company, said “All through the past nine years, Wella Professionals Thailand hosted Trend Vision Award 2012 to support and improve Thai hairstylists’ styling skills, and also push forward and reinforce the potential to the international stage. Thus, this contest is considered the biggest one for all the hairstylists in Thailand, because it is the stage that gives the opportunities for every hairstylist to show their skills and creativity.”
“The winners from both of the contests will be the representatives to join the contest with hairstylists from over 50 countries in “International Trend Vision Award 2012”in Madrid, Spain in the end of October. Thai hairstylists got the 2nd prize from this contest three years in a row, and it is utter pride. And I hope that this year Thai hairstylists will win the prize again.” added Dheerasak.
The contest began with the magnificent hair fashion show, the first time launching the season’s hair trend in Thailand, from “Trend Vision 2012”, aka “Autumn-Winter Cool Presence Collection” created by world’s hair stylists, Mr. Darren Ambrose and Mr. Stuart Bane, Regional Creative Director from Wella Professionals and D&J Ambrose, a famous salon in England. They both came to create the pure look with light and cool tone hair color, rendering the charming and seducing look. The look is presented by well-known actresses and models, such as Bowie - Atthama Cheewanichpan, Grace - Karnklao Duaysianklao, and the two singers from Neko Jump, to highlight the trend and be the inspiration for all the fashion-lovers and all the hair professionals in Thailand. Continuing with the fashion show of the 12 competitors in “Color Talent” contest and in Young Talent contest that present the creative work in the four given themes from Trend Vision 2012, including Blaze: The Femme Fatale, Grace: The Modern Muse, and Celeste: The Free Spirit, Roxy: The Scene Stealer.
The event ended with the announcement of the winners of the two contests. The winner of Young Talent Contest is Mr. Apisan Yookijtichai from the theme Grace, the winner of Color Talent Ms. Naruemol Thongtha from the theme Blaze. In this coming October, they will bring their outstanding masterpiece to compete with other competitors from all over the world in Madrid, Spain.
Ms. Naruemol Thongtha, the winner of the Color Talent explained about her inspiration and feelings of winning the first prize “I’m very happy and excited about the prize and also about the coming International Trend Vision Award 2012.My inspiration comes from my wish to be a sexy, charming girl, and it is the character of Blaze. Moreover, the tips to success are that I take pride in every work of mine and I never stop thinking and learning.”
Also, Mr. Apisan Yookijtichai, the winner of the Young Talent said “The work today is developed from the Grace look, inspired by the Sand Queen. I emphasized the luxury of the gold color to get haute couture look that can be worn in real life. However, I’m very happy and proud to get the prize and to be the representative to “International Trend Vision Award 2012” in Spain and I will definitely do my best. I would like to encourage all the competitors and other hairstylists to keep improving and join this contest next year, because this contest provides good opportunities to hairstylists.”
Ms. Pannipa Pawanarit, the honorary committee, said “I’m very impressed with the winner of Color Talent. The strength is the color together with the cutting and styling. The winner of Young Talent is also very skilled and has developed a lot from last year. His design and coloring are very neat. I’m very certain that our hairstylists will get the prize from “International Trend Vision Award 2012” because our winners are very talented and skilled. I would like people to encourage these two winners to get the prize back to Thailand.”
