High above Bangkok, Red Sky unveils an ? la carte menu crafted around two of autumn's most coveted delicacies, available throughout October.

This October, Red Sky Restaurant at Centara Grand at CentralWorld invites guests to savour an ? la carte menu dedicated to two of autumn's most prized delicacies: golden girolles and winter truffles. Known for their rich aroma and exquisite flavour, these ingredients bring a seasonal elegance that enhances every dish they accompany.

Created by Chef Luca Russo, the limited-time menu showcases the earthy depth and aromatic intensity of girolle mushrooms, perfectly complemented by the luxurious notes of winter truffle. Each dish is designed to capture the essence of the season while highlighting Red Sky's signature modern European style.

Highlights include pan-seared foie gras with girolles and winter truffle (THB 1,650++), a dish where indulgence meets delicate earthiness; tagliatelle with wild girolles and winter truffle (THB 1,150++),a comforting classic imbued with seasonal character; and black cod with grilled girolles and winter truffle (THB 1,955++), that brings together buttery textures and subtle woodland notes.

Available daily throughout October, from 17.00 to 01.00 hrs, this seasonal menu celebrates the fleeting beauty of autumn ingredients and is best enjoyed with Red Sky's panorama view.
