Dr. Pichai Sonchaeng, President of National Science Museum, and Mr. Thanakorn Palachai, Vice President of the National Science Museum, recently gave a welcome speech to the participants of “National Science and Technology Fair 2012”, organized by the National Science Museum, which will held during 17-31 August 2012 at Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Centre (BITEC), together with representative government and related organization leading by Mr.Weerapong Pairsuwan, Deputy Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Science and Technology, Mr. Manop Issaree, Vice President of National Science Museum and Mr. Sakorn Chanapaithoon, Vice President of National Science Museum. The event aims to support and encourage the youths and people who are interested learning about sciences and technologies and show how technologies have played an important role in everyday life. Furthermore, the highlight of the events are including an exhibition in honor of “His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej”, Royal Pavilion, The Father of Thai Science and Technologies, Disaster Prevention, The Bus 4D Simulator, and Earth & Universe. In addition, the fair, in the same time, was debut its celebrity presenters, Kao — Jirayu La-Ongmanee and Marky — Rasri Balenciaga.
Moreover, there are special offer services to provide the free-of-charge areas of car for precious clients and buses parking as well as shuttle transportation (Shuttle Bus) and Metro (Metro Bus) for “National Science & Technology Fair 2012”.
