Hailing from Zamora, Spain, Chef Roberto's career has taken him from Spain's Michelin-starred kitchens to prestigious restaurants in London, Brighton, and Bangkok. His impressive background includes leadership roles at Centara Central World Bangkok, Hotel Indigo Madrid, and DO&CO Catering. Along the way, he honed his craft at acclaimed venues such as DiverXO (3 Michelin Stars, Madrid), Alkimia (1 Michelin Star, Barcelona), and Restaurante El Bistro de la Central (Madrid).
Chef Roberto has built a reputation for combining culinary artistry with kitchen leadership, mastering techniques from modern vacuum cooking to classic tapas. His accolades include winning the Zamora Tapas Contest (2010) and the DEVORATAPAS Madrid Contest (2015).
