TikTok today unveiled the significant social, educational, and economic impact its platform has created across Thailand, demonstrating its commitment to being a major contributor to inclusive and sustainable growth by empowering Thai people to participate fully in the digital economy and fostering a safe, supportive online environment.

With over 50 million Thais coming to TikTok every month, TikTok has evolved from an entertainment platform into a vital, holistic ecosystem. To date, TikTok's programs have upskilled more than 380,000 individuals in digital competencies, while initiatives powered through strategic government collaborations have generated 375% sales uplift for local MSMEs. This is underpinned by a landmark investment in data centers and digital infrastructure, accompanied by a Memorandum of Understanding with the Ministry of Digital Economy and Society (MDES) to upskill Thais annually through lifelong learning initiatives.
