Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited would like to state that the Company does not conduct any fuel-related business in Cambodia and has no transportation of fuel products to Cambodia by either road or sea.
With respect to the transportation of fuel products to neighboring countries, such activities are carried out strictly in accordance with purchase orders and complete commercial documentation, with deliveries made only to the specified final destinations. These operations fully comply with the regulations of the relevant government authorities of the destination countries, which require fuel imports, exports, and transit transportation to adhere strictly to licensing requirements and customs procedures, and do not permit re-export or onward delivery to third countries.
The Company places great importance on national security and energy security, and would like to express its support to all officials, military personnel, police officers, and frontline personnel in the border areas amid the current unrest, with hopes for a swift and peaceful resolution of the situation.
