
Red Sky is set to host one of Bangkok's most spectacular New Year's Eve celebrations as the city prepares to welcome 2026. High above the skyline, the iconic rooftop restaurant promises an evening filled with exceptional dining, festive energy, and uninterrupted views of the city's countdown fireworks, from 19:00 to 02:00 hrs. With an exclusive eight-course menu and entertainment that carries the night into the early hours, this is the celebration everyone will be talking about.

For this exclusive evening, Executive Chef Andrea Montella and Chef de Cuisine Luca Russo have crafted a menu that brings together the season's finest ingredients. The dinner begins with a playful amuse-bouche of oyster and Champagne. Guests will then enjoy 30 grams of Imperial Oscietra caviar served with traditional condiments, followed by a vibrant King Crab salad with mandarin essence. Pan-seared foie gras provides a rich interlude, paired with pomegranate balsamic reduction, before giving way to Risotto al Franciacorta, a creamy risotto elevated with Italy's famous sparkling wine and finished with white truffles. The seafood course pairs Black Cod with fresh clams while a refreshing granite prepares the palate for the main course of charcoal-grilled and smoked Japanese A5 tenderloin accompanied by hazelnuts and glazed chestnuts. The finale arrives as a Parfait served with fresh raspberries, a dessert designed to close the year with added sparkle.
Guests will enjoy the full panorama of Bangkok's New Year's Eve fireworks from Level 55, one of the city's most coveted vantage points. Live music throughout the evening adds to the sense of celebration, creating an atmosphere that promises both glamour and excitement.
