Recently, HR Leadership Award was conferred to Panjit Howe, Country Director of Human Resources for Marriott Thailand at Asia’s Best Employer Brand Awards Ceremony 2012 which was held in Singapore.
The Award winner is selected through a global research cell which comprises of professionals from different parts of Asia. The Award Winner is identified by these professionals who form part of the independent Jury together with the Council of Board Members. Criteria to winning this award are based on numerous competencies such as team orientation, people management skill, networking ability, change agent, strategic perspective to decisions, business acumen, performance management, achieving excellence, track record on achievements, integrity and value contribution to the business.
