QSNCC invites you to start the Thai New Year with the art of being present at Dhamma in the Park (Year 3)

This Songkran, your body may be on pausebut has your mind truly stopped?

While long holidays give us time to rest physically, our minds often keep running dwelling on the past or worrying about what's next.

Songkran is often seen as a time of water, joy, and celebration. But beyond the splashes, water also represents something deeper letting go and starting anew.

Like flowing water, life moves forward. It doesn't return to the past or rush into the future, but gently flows in the present moment.
