Bangkok Baking Company (BBCO) at JW Marriott Hotel Bangkok marks the arrival of summer with Tropical Harmony, a limited-time dessert collection that captures the season through vibrant fruits, cooling textures, and playful pastry design.
30 April 2026, the collection features five desserts inspired by tropical flavors and carefree summer moments, each created to reflect the freshness and energy of the season. From bright berries and citrus to mango and coconut, the menu balances light fruit notes with richer pastry elements, all presented in visually expressive forms.
Leading the collection is Raspberry Flamingo, a bright pink creation layered with Victoria sponge cake, summer pudding cake, raspberry orange confit, and raspberry hibiscus tea mousse, finished with a whimsical flamingo motif that echoes the mood of a tropical getaway.
Poolside Tropique draws on the flavors of a relaxed afternoon in the sun, combining banana cake and caramelized banana with whipped dulcey chocolate ganache, mango passion fruit confit, mango passion fruit mousse, and lychee mousse.
For a lighter, fruit-forward profile, Summer Pop Rouge pairs mint lemon cake with lemon whipped ganache, cheesecake, strawberry cremeux, and strawberry watermelon jam, offering a bright finish with refreshing notes.
The collection also includes Pi?a Colada, inspired by the classic cocktail, with layers of coconut dacquoise, pineapple lime jam, lime whipped ganache, pineapple coconut mousse, and coconut jelly.
Completing the lineup is Bucket on the Beach, a playful nod to summer by the sea, bringing together chocolate sponge, salted caramel, chocolate ganache, chocolate caramel mousse, macadamia nuts, and Biscoff and graham cracker crumbs in a dessert shaped like a miniature beach bucket.
Each dessert is priced at THB 250 net per piece and available throughout April 2026 at Bangkok Baking Company (BBCO), JW Marriott Hotel Bangkok.
