Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited informed Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited informed that the crude oil shipment from the Middle East referenced in recent media coverage was transported under a co-loading arrangement, an established industry practice in which cargoes for more than one customer are carried on the same vessel to optimize logistics efficiency.

For this voyage, a portion of the cargo was designated for another customer with a discharge port in Singapore. Deliveries were therefore made in sequence in accordance with the agreed shipping plan, before the vessel proceeded to Thailand to deliver Bangchak's crude at the Bangchak Sriracha Refinery terminal.

Information relating to other customers constitutes commercially sensitive data and is not disclosed publicly. All relevant details have been provided to the appropriate government authorities from the outset of coordination with the Thai government. In addition, the Company's senior executives informed the Minister of Energy of the matter during a courtesy visit yesterday.
