Su Tha Ros restaurant, the exquisitely appointed Royal Thai eatery at Hotel Muse Bangkok, offers a magnificent vegetarian menu from the 14th to the 23rd of October, to mark Bangkok’s extraordinary annual vegetarian festival. Refresh the body with Executive Chef Purida’s vast and highly tempting vegetarian menu, featuring a choice of three appetisers including crispy tofu with peanut sauce and cucumber relish satays, three soups with a choice of spicy, clear and creamy detox options, and four salads including authentically fiery “Pon Hed Ruam” - chili with mixed mushrooms served with fresh boiled vegetables and bean curd. The menu also includes delicious red and green vegetarian curries, four stir fry options and three noodle dishes. Menus are a la carte, guests can mix and match a variety of rewarding dishes between friends and family. Individual dishes make the perfect lunchtime detox, and are priced for the enjoyment of all, from just 150 Baht ++ per dish.
