Or just enjoying the chic and relaxing atmosphere of Blue Sapphire lounge? Well, the lounge’s new “Wrap Me” easy-menu, available from 1 September 2012, will be served every day from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and feature tasty panini sandwiches and delectable desserts served at a moment’s notice. Moreover, guests enjoy a combination of panini with coffee or tea at only THB 190 nett.
Panini, an Italian favourite, are small bread rolls with savoury fillings. On the Wrap Me menu are Panini Caprese with sliced tomato, mozzarella, avocado and fresh basil; Panini Ham & Cheese with smoked ham and melted New Zealand cheddar cheese; Panini Club Sandwich with roasted chicken, smoked ham, bacon, fried egg and tomato and lettuce; Panini BLT with bacon, lettuce and tomato; and Panini Cheese Tomatoes with marinated tomatoes, bell peppers, fresh basil leaves, orange cheddar along with a crisp green salad.
