Dow is a proud sponsor of the 24th APEC CEO Summit, taking place September 7-8, 2012 in Vladivostok, Russia. Under the Russian Chairmanship of APEC, the CEO Summit offers an opportunity for business and government to engage on key issues for economic growth — from energy policy to trade liberalization to infrastructure development.
