Mill & Co at Centara Grand at CentralWorld introduces a new collection of harvest baskets featuring salads and vegetables grown on the hotel's rooftop farm and harvested fresh each day.
Created as an extension of the hotel's approach to more conscious dining, the baskets bring together a seasonal selection of leafy greens and vegetables cultivated just above the city skyline. Crisp lettuces, colourful peppers, vine tomatoes, carrots, cauliflower, and other freshly picked produce are paired with house-made salad dressings and vinaigrettes offering a wholesome way to enjoy ingredients at their freshest at home.
Presented in woven baskets designed for sharing, gifting, or home dining, the collection reflects a slower and more considered approach to food, where freshness, traceability, responsible sourcing and sustainability remain at the centre of the experience.
The harvest baskets are available in two options: Harvest Basket priced at THB 999 net and the Signature Harvest Basket priced at THB 1,399 net. As all produce is harvested daily from the rooftop farm, orders are required at least one day in advance.
The rooftop harvest baskets are available exclusively at Mill & Co on the ground floor of Centara Grand at CentralWorld.
