IMPACT Lakefront Elevates Nakhon Pathom GI Fruits into Premium Rainy-Season Menus and Launches 'SOMTUM DAY' at THB 66 16 & 26 June Only

IMPACT Lakefront, the lakeside dining landmark at Muang Thong Thani, launches the "Special Selections" campaign two new dishes crafted from Geographical Indication (GI)-certified fruits sourced directly from Nakhon Pathom province, elevating local Thai produce into a premium dining experience.

Alongside the seasonal menu, the restaurant brings back its popular "SOMTUM DAY" promotion: seven beloved somtam varieties at just THB 66 per dish available on 16 and 26 June 2026 only. Both campaigns run through 30 June 2026.

Campaign 1 Special Selections: Elevating Thai GI Produce into Premium Dishes

The culinary team at IMPACT Lakefront has selected two premium GI-certified fruits from Nakhon Pathom farms: Red-fleshed Guava (Farang Sai Daeng) from Sam Phran with its striking crimson flesh, crisp bite, and naturally sweet fragrance and White Honey Pomelo (Som-o Khao Nam Phueng) from Nakhon Chai Si prized for its perfectly balanced sweet-tart flavour and exceptionally juicy segments. Both are transformed into two seasonal dishes bursting with the flavours of the rainy season.
