Throughout September, The Brasserie features Japanese and Korean Theme Buffet. "Delicious’’ in Japanese is “Oishi” while in Korean is “Mas Issneun”. The “Oishi” stars of this Buffet are fresh Salmon Sashimi and Maki Sushi, Prawn and Soft Shell Crab Tempura, Okonomiyaki and Chanwanmushi. The “Mas Issneun” selections have Ginseng Chicken Soup, Beef Bulgogi, Kim Chi Fried Rice and Korean Stewed Pork Knuckle.
To perfect the buffet theme, the famous freshly baked cr?me brulee is specially dressed up with Japanese green tea and red bean flavours and array of sweet flavours including French pastries and ever-popular crepe live station.
These dishes are offered in addition to our popular selection of seafood on ice, salads, pastas, Indian curry and cheeses on the buffet line.
Available for Dinner every Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
