On August 18, 2026, Amata City Ha Long Joint Stock Company, led by Mr. Nguyen Van Nhan, signed a Land Use Right Sublease Agreement with Topping (Quang Ninh) Industrial Company Limited, represented by Mr. Guo Qian, to establish a new manufacturing project in Amata City Ha Long Industrial Park.
Topping Industrial Quang Ninh will produce precision metal and plastic components for printers and ATMs, as well as electronics for office printers.
The factory, covering 2.1 hectares and investing over USD 14 million, aims for an annual output exceeding 45 million products and will create nearly 450 local jobs.
Amata City Ha Long has attracted 25 FDI projects with more than USD 3.3 billion in registered capital, focusing on high-tech and environmentally friendly sectors, reinforcing its status as a modern, sustainable industrial park.
