At the heart of this dish are low-calorie Konjac noodles, paired with a crispy tofu-skin chilli relish for an irresistible combination of texture, spice and flavour. With just 220 calories and 27 grams of protein per serving, it offers a delicious option for diners who are looking to enjoy their favourite comfort food while staying on track with their lifestyle.
