Thammasat University held the “TU Open House 2012”, the concept of this year is “Thammasat University, the University to International”. The objective of the fair is to show the strength of the University in terms of development and the sustainable of academic growth; also the high international standard of Thammasat’s International Programs which will support the Asian Economic Community (AEC) in the near future.
SIIT also joined the fair in the exhibition area providing the information of the institute and the demonstration of various research topics such as “Genius House” from the School of Information, Computer and Communications Technology and “Plasma Generation Demonstration Unit” from the School of Manufacturing Systems and Mechanical Engineering which has attracted the attention of the students and the visitors.
In addition, the visitors can experience the university environment and the perception of university’s student life. There were more than 5,000 visitors including the school students, parents and other participants joined this event during September 6 — 7, 2012 at Thammasat Convention Center, Rangsit center.
