Pfizer Consumer Healthcare is tapping into on-line media by launching the www.NutritionInFocus.com website to educate consumers on how to maintain good health and a balanced diet. The website aims to provide consumers easy access to nutritional information in line with consumers’ behavior in this digital era. This would also be the first time for consumers to make their own assessment of the vitamin and mineral levels in their favorite dishes.

Thus, the company has developed the new website as a means to communicate with consumers who are concerned about nutrition and vitamins and minerals, as we have seen a significant increase in the number of internet users searching for nutritional information over the past few years.”
The company launched the www.NutritionInFocus.com website to educate the public and to provide useful information on nutrition and healthy diets with the support of the Dietician Association of Thailand. It also aims to encourage Thai people to be more careful about getting adequate nutrition from daily meals. The website features useful information and articles on vitamins and minerals, such as those addressing the risk factors of Vitamin and Mineral Deficiency, including lifestyle changes, food cooking and preservation, and suboptimal intake, which may lead to chronic diseases such as heart disease, cancers and osteoporosis in the future. This website will act as a personal online advisor on nutrition, vitamins and minerals. The new www.NutritionInFocus.com website will provide consumers with internet access to go online to search and learn more about these useful information themselves. This is becoming a new healthcare trend, where consumers are more health-conscious and are more proactive in searching for healthcare solutions.
Another highlight of the website is the vitamin and mineral assessment program.
