Antonio will reveal a special ‘Italian Seafood Market’ menu for lovers of Italian cuisine to enjoy. The concept derives from Antonio's home cooking style ‘From Ocean to Table’ and his grandmother’s secret recipes. Passed down from generation to generation, the comforting dishes make dining a delightfully experience throughout October. A highlight of the lunch buffet is the enticing ‘Italian Seafood Market’ which serves a delicious selection of seafood from live cooking stations. The feast also includes a Fritto Misto station, Sicilian scallop salad with crustacean vinaigrette, grilled fish Beccofico style, Spiedini Italian barbecue sticks, and much more.
