The Singha Park Golf Course team, led by Mr. Theerapol Boonphook (fourth from right) and Mr. Pitak Srichaisaeng (third from right) won the culinary contest organized by “Makro HoReCa 2012” by their innovative menu “pork rib fondia”, designed according to the international concept. The winning team receives the trophy by Her Royal Highness Princess Soamsawali and will represent Makro to compete in the international cooking contest in Singapore in 2014.
Mrs. Suchada Ithijarukul, Chief Executive Officer of Siam Makro Public Company Limited (fourth from left), Chef Booncherd Sornsuwan, Archan Sanga Damapong and Chef Willment Leong, the founder of Thailand Culinary Academy, joined the ceremony to present the prize money and recognize the team’s success.
