The Executive Chef, Mr. Thanatorn Sukrat says “We directly import the Lamb Shank from New Zealand especially for this promotion”. A whole lamb shank is marinated with the western spices and then slowly braised with red wine to tender perfection. When you sink your teeth into the savoury lamb shank, the meat practically falls off the bone. The delicious dish will be served with the selections of side dishes such as mashed potatoes, taro mashed or seasonal greens.
