Hewlett Packard today announced the availability of its hardware support services, HP SMB Carepack Services targeted at small and medium businesses in Thailand. This service offers a simplified solution for small and medium size customers looking for reliable and quality hardware support, both of which are critical to business owners.
Covering most of HP’s commercial suite of PCs and notebooks, the HP SMB Carepack Services provides small and medium businesses complete protection of their data and IT investments, hence enabling them to concentrate on growing their business.
“At HP, we understand the business model and pain points of our small and medium business customers. These companies are in growth mode and do not have the resources nor capabilities to address their IT issues. Hence, we have aligned our offerings to meet their business requirements” said Mr. Vatsun Thirapatarapong, general manager, Printing and Personal Systems Group, HP Thailand.
He added that HP SMB Carepack Services which is priced affordably offers three years of onsite support for HP PC and Notebook computers and customers have priority access to HP’s call center support which runs for 13 hours a day, from Monday to Saturday (8.00am — 9:00pm). And to top it all, our service offers concierge support for computer software hence, providing customers a single point of contact for all their support requirements.
The HP SMB Carepack Services was introduced in the Asia Pacific region this year with China launching the service in July and Australia in early September. “The service has to date gained steady traction in both the countries and we hope for a similar success story in Thailand”, Mr. Vatsun said.
