A remarkable talent and a recent winner of the renowned television culinary show, “Iron Chef Thailand”, Chef Stefano has created a new selection of appetizers, main courses and desserts to be enjoyed in the restaurant’s sophisticated Tuscan villa setting.
Highlights include baccala’ mantecato con polenta, a delicious dish of olive oil whipped dried cod fish with polenta, and astice scottato con panzanella, a classic Italian tomato and bread salad enlivened with a touch of luxury by fresh lobster. Diners can also savor fegato grasso con frutti di bosco, a rich and decadent dish of foie gras with berry drippings. Chef Stefano also entices lovers of his highly accomplished cuisine with orecchiette alle cime di rapa, the traditional ear-shaped orecchiette pasta of Apulia in southern Italy enriched with a flavorsome broccoli sauce and there’s also risotto alla zucca e amaretti, a creamy and satisfying risotto of pumpkin and amaretto biscuit. The extraordinary dining experience ends with a choice of luscious desserts including mele rovesciate al rosmarino con gelato alla canella, rosemary scented apples with cinnamon ice cream.
