Throughout October, every Thursday at the chic bar, Siam Cubano gets the audience up and dancing to sizzling Salsa rhythms. Intense and seriously seductive, and with over a decade of experience playing in Bangkok’s leading venues, the nine piece band’s fresh and exciting Latin sound is guaranteed to spice up your week.
Siam Cubano features Kawin Pruschainimmit on vocals and Dontra Kunkhetpai on vocals and saxophone. Keeping the rhythm is Lester Esteban on drums, Dusit na Songkhla on percussionist, and Weerachit Tangsamutr on bass. The vibrant Salsa sound is enhanced by Sompol Phadungsang on guitar, Roong Chareonchai on keyboards, and bold brass from Watchara Ajchariyawaranont on trumpet and Kiattipat Singreung on trombone.
At Le Bar de l’H?tel guests can sink in sofas, armchairs, and daybeds and listen to the music while attentive bartendees serve drinks and irresistible light bites. Treats include the chef’s delicious take on street Thai food and innovative tapas with a touch of French savoir-faire.
Music lovers can also chill-out at the chic venue and enjoy fusion and jazz funk with the Neung Jakkawal Band on Wednesdays, and classic Rhythm & Blues from Chai Blues and his Band on Fridays and Saturdays from 9 p.m. — midnight.
